Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase unworn/unused with tags attached for an exchange or full refund. We do not accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must process your return and begin a new order. All skin care items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If the item(s) ordered was damaged or doesn't function please contact us at retail@barre3.com within 48 hours of receipt.  We will replace or repair the defective item(s) as soon as possible.

How to process a return:

Mail the item(s) to the address below. Make sure your name, order # and intent to return or exchange is included in the package.  You are responsible for the mailing costs.

More return policy details:

  • For accepted returns, we will credit you the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • All items must be unworn/unused with tags attached.
  • barre3 reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
