Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase unworn/unused with tags attached for an exchange or full refund. We will only accommodate exchanges for the same item(s) as originally purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you must process your return and begin a new order. All skin care items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the item(s) ordered was damaged or doesn't function please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace or repair the defective item(s) as soon as possible.
How to process a return:
Mail the item(s) to the address below. Make sure your name, order # and intent to return or exchange is included in the package. You are responsible for the mailing costs.

More return policy details:
- For accepted returns, we will credit you the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For accepted exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you.
- All items must be unworn/unused with tags attached.
- barre3 reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
